Your room will be ready at 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask that you check out by 10:30 AM. Should you wish, you are most welcome to enjoy the rest of the day by the pool or in the SPA area.

Alcohol consumption is prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age

Our kitchen team is happy to prepare special allergy-friendly menus. Please inform our reception staff in advance. We kindly ask that you notify us early of any food intolerances. Thank you! We are not permitted to provide medications. Should you require medication or need a doctor, we will gladly arrange an appointment and/or direct you to the nearest pharmacy/doctor. A first aid kit is available at the reception.

Our excursion and event program is available at the reception or can be viewed on our information channel on your TV.

Upon your arrival, you will find a beach bag with 2 towels for the pool or beach in your room. If you wish to exchange them, please ask your room maid or the wellness reception for help.

The nearest ATM is located approximately 200 meters from the hotel towards the beach and in the city center. Currency exchange offices are also available in the city center of Crikvenica.

Our hotel bar (located in the lobby on the reception level) is open daily from 3:30 PM.

You can charge your restaurant consumption to your room number. Please write your room number and name clearly on each bill to avoid any confusion. Thank you!
Please note the following when settling your bill:
You can pay with cash in euros, Maestro card, or credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD). Since January 1, 2023, the national currency is the euro.

If you do not wish to be disturbed in your room, please hang the provided "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door. Kindly inform us when your room can be cleaned.

In the event of a fire, please close the door of the affected room and immediately report the fire to the reception (ext. 9). If the evacuation alarm sounds, exit the hotel via the designated escape routes. Please do not use the elevators in the event of a fire!
Escape plans for the unlikely event of a fire or other emergencies are located in each room behind the entrance door and in the hotel hallways. Escape routes are clearly marked with green and white signs.

We are pleased to offer our 85 m² seminar room (L 13.80m x W 6.20m) for seminars, meetings, and events. You can also book one of our conference packages, which includes meeting technology, coffee breaks, and a business lunch.

The town offers various small shops, boutiques, a drugstore, jewelry stores, a currency exchange and grocery stores. You will also find shopping options in the city center of Rijeka (37 km away).

The Reception is at your disposal vom 0-24h and may be reached by dialing 9. The settlement of your invoice is available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. To avoid waiting on the morning of your departure, it is possible to pay the bill the day before.

The hotel operates on 220V alternating current.

Kvarner Palace offers hotel guests free charging for their electric or hybrid vehicles. The following connections are available:

2 x Tesla 400V 16A / 11 kW Type II
1 x Schuko 230V 16A (slow charging)
Note: Not all car brands can be charged at the Tesla Type II wallboxes. Please check in advance if your vehicle is compatible. If necessary, you can use the Schuko 230V connection with a longer charging time. Our technical staff will show you the Schuko connections and provide extensions if needed. After charging, please free up the charging space for other users.

Our fitness center is located in the SPA area and is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note that the use of equipment is not permitted for children under the age of 16.

You may use the telephone to make internal calls as well as national and international calls. To make an internal phone call, just dial the room number or  department number. For external line, please dial „8“ before desired number.  The cost of national and international calls is 1,50 kuna per unit.  If you are expecting a call, you can be reached on the number 00385 (0) 51 38 0 + your room number

Ihre Restaurantkonsumationen können Sie gerne auf Ihre Zimmernummer buchen lassen. Bitte schreiben Sie Ihre Zimmernummer und den Namen deutlich lesbar auf jede Rechnung, damit es zu keinen Irrtümern kommen kann. Vielen Dank!

Der Kvarner Palace bietet Hotelgästen kostenfrei das Laden Ihres Elektro- oder Hybridfahrzeuges an.

Dafür stehen folgende Anschlüsse zur Verfügung:

Hinweis:
Nicht alle Fahrzeugmarken können an den Tesla-Typ II – Wallboxen laden. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich vorab, ob Ihr Fahrzeug hier laden kann. Weichen Sie dann bitte ggf. auf Schuko 230V mit längerer Ladezeit aus. Die Haustechnik zeigt Ihnen die Anschlüsse für Schuko und stellt bei Bedarf Verlängerungen zur Verfügung. Nach erfolgter Ladung bitte den Ladeplatz für andere Nutzer räumen. Kostenpflichte Schnell-Ladestationen (Laden in 20 bis 30 Min. mit 50 kW) finden Sie in Crikvenica hier:

Gerne vereinbaren unsere Rezeptionsmitarbeiter für Sie einen Frisörtermin in einem Frisörsalon in der Stadt.

Liegen und Sonnenschirme auf der Liegewiese an den Pools und im 30.000 m2 großen Hotelpark Stehen Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Ein Schuhputzautomat steht Ihnen im Erdgeschoss des rechten Flügels zur Verfügung.

Gerne organisieren wir Ihnen ein Taxi. Bitte wenden Sie sich an unser Rezeptionsteam.

Gerne können Sie Wäsche zum Reinigen und Bügeln in dem dafür vorgesehenen Wäschebeutel mit dem ausgefüllten Wäschebeleg an der Rezeption abgeben. Die Preisliste finden Sie in Ihrem Schrank. Die saubere Wäsche bringen wir Ihnen innerhalb von 24h zurück auf Ihr Zimmer. Die Kosten werden auf Ihr Zimmerkonto gebucht.

The bringing of a dog is allowed (cleaning fee EUR 20 per day without food). We expressly point out that the stay is limited to the room. In the restaurant and bar, at Palace Beach, on the hotel terraces, at the beach, in the well-maintained hotel garden, at the pool and on the sunbathing lawns or in the wellness area, dogs are not allowed.

Our SPA Center is  open for you every day  from  9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.. For appointments please contact the staff at the SPA Reception (Tel Nr. 607).

If you are late on appointment in wellness, we will have to substract this time from the total duration of the treatment in order to avoid overlap with the next appointments.

If you are not able to reach an appointment, we will charge 50% for cancellation the day before und 100 % for cancellation the same day the appintment is made.

Our Wellness manager Mrs. Zrinka Mitar and hear team are at your disposal every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Indoor pool is open from   8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sauna is open from          3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
 

Please keep in mind that the SPA is an area for rest and relaxation. Entrance to the sauna is allowed to persons older than 16 years. Sauna is a nudist area.
